    I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at the Philippine Airlines New York Office. My flight had a problem, and I was really anxious, but the staff helped me feel better. They listened intently and quickly came up with a solution. I felt neither ignored nor hurt. I truly valued the travel advise that the individual assisting gave me. The environment is friendly and the office is clean. Their concern for their passengers is evident. I'm very happy that I visited there in person. Now, my excitement for my vacation has increased. Strongly advised!
