In addition to this new battle pass feature, Diablo 4 brings many changes to the series. For the first time in the franchise’s history, Diablo 4 will feature a semi-open world, with large zones to explore that are not restricted by the narrative progression of players. The fourth main installment in the Diablo series will also introduce mounts to explore the world more freely. Besides running around and killing monsters, players will witness the battle between Inarius and Lilith in the eternal conflict opposing the High Heavens and the Burning Hells. Diablo 4 offers a large range of activities for players, from procedurally generated dungeons to world bosses and player vs. player combat. To perform these activities, players can choose from the five playable classes available upon Diablo 4’s launch: Barbarian, Sorceress, Druid, Rogue, and Necromancer. While these classes already appeared in previous entries in the series, seeing how they perform against each other and evolve in the world will be a new experience for Diablo enthusiasts. Diablo 4 launches on June 6, 2023, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
