My family and I recently  went to the Kenya Airways Beirut Office to make travel arrangements for a wedding. The office was clean and simple to locate. Great help was provided by the staff's excellent friendliness and straightforward communication. Despite my dad's poor English knowledge, they took the time to provide him with considerate support. They didn't mind at all that I brought my tiny puppy along. I was relaxed by that. My friend also came because he wanted to get a ticket. With broad smiles, the staff assisted us all. When we left, we were happy. I highly recommend the Kenya Airways Beirut Office to anyone who is planning any trip.
