Passengers may cancel their flights under specific circumstances according to Icelandair Cancellation Policy. A full refund is available to passengers who cancel a flight within 24 hours of booking and who booked the reservation at least one week in advance of the departure date. The refund amount, however, can be subject to a cancellation fee if the reservation was made less than a week prior to the departure date.
