Hello! I traveled out on AirAsia ZRH Terminal last week, and I have to say, the airport was great. It wasn't too busy, and I thought the check-in experience was fast and easy. The personnel were courteous and had impeccable English. The airport was well-lit, with big windows and plenty of natural light, making waiting more pleasant. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. I didn't have high hopes for a low-cost airline, but ZRH's amenities put the entire process on a premium level. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with how easy the entire process was. Well done, AirAsia and Zurich Airport!
