I had a great experience when I recently visited the British Airways London office The staff was prompt, courteous, and competent enough in answering my questions. The actual office is roomy, clean, and has a really welcoming waiting space with snacks. I was really impressed at the speed they resolved my flight change problems and gave me useful, understandable information about options. I received excellent treatment overall, and I felt well-cared for at every stage.
