Hello! EgyptAir MAD Terminal was surprisingly pleasant. I enjoyed the clear and easy-to-follow signage, making it easy to navigate to the EgyptAir counter. Check-in staff were courteous, and I did not encounter any long lines. Security was efficient and quick. The waiting area was spacious, but I would have liked to see more charging points. Boarding began on schedule, and the gate crew was professional. Although amenities were not luxurious, they were functional. Overall, EgyptAir performed well. Would fly them again from Madrid without a second thought. Just get snacks in advance!
