I went to the Turkish Airlines Addis Ababa Office in Ethiopia in order to make arrangements for wheelchair assistance for my grandmother, who was traveling with me. My grandmother's wheelchair service was arranged for her with the help of the very helpful office staff. They made sure that everything was set up to meet her needs and carefully walked me through the process. My grandma was able to travel in comfort and safety because of her help, and I was glad to know that she would be well taken care of while we were traveling. I am appreciative of the Turkish Airlines Addis Ababa Office's great service and the help they gave me.
