    One of the nicest customer service experiences I've ever had was from the Philippine Airlines Bangkok Office. I was concerned that rebooking a ticket would be difficult. However, the staff was incredibly pleasant and made things easy. They listened to me, smiled, and went over each step with me. Additionally, it is not overly crowded and well-maintained. I felt cared for and welcomed. I strongly advise going to the Philippine Airlines office in Bangkok if you need assistance while flying with them. They perform admirably!
