    I got one of the nicest customer service experiences ever from the Kenya Airways Stockholm Office. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they gave me excellent service. The employees were kind and grinning. They provided me with helpful travel advice for Nairobi and assisted me in confirming my ticket. Their level of patience and respect really amazed me. It gave me a great deal of confidence to fly with Kenya Airways. Anyone in need of travel assistance should contact this agency, in my opinion.
