My companion and I required assistance with our reservation, so we went to the Brussels Airlines Rome Office. The staff there was incredibly kind and encouraging. They informed us of flight updates and assisted us with online check-in. There was a cozy sitting room and the place was tidy. They were quick and well-organized, which I appreciated. Their concern for the passengers is evident. When you have questions about travel, it's good to know you can speak with someone face-to-face. The employees at this office did a fantastic job!
