I just went to the LOT Polish Airlines Geneva Office and I had a great time. The personnel helped me with my flight changes and answered all of my inquiries; they were really kind and helpful. Along with excellent advice for my trip, they gave me clear information regarding baggage regulations. The procedure was easy and effective because the workplace was tidy and well-organized. Satisfied and confident in my travel plans, I departed. I would strongly advise anyone flying with LOT to visit this office!
