Hello, my name is Jems Carl. I came from Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal The check-in was very efficient and quite quick, with friendly people on hand for guidance. The terminal was clean and well planned with an adequate seating space as well as decent food available. Flight: Departure according to schedule Boarding: No issues Found signs in the terminal quite clear. In all, it was a hassle-free experience. I would definitely fly Southwest from BOS again.
