I went to the Malaysia Airlines Paris Office with my small dog, luin, to inquire about pet travel alternatives. Although I was a little anxious, the service was fantastic. They also provided dogs with a little bowl of water! They provided me with a checklist to be ready and went over all the pet travel regulations with me. Their cool-headedness and friendliness were really appreciated. The visit was fantastic, and I feel like I'm ready to go off with my pet. I'm very happy with their services.
