Before our vacation, my family and I went to the Sun Country Airlines San Juan Office, and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and provided thorough explanations. They handled our request to switch seats and add a bag without any issues. We received immediate support in an uncrowded office. Our entire vacation seemed less stressful as a result. Everyone was courteous and kind. I'm quite pleased with the service we received. I believe that more airlines need to handle their passengers in this manner.
