    My day was brightened by the Thai Airways Kuwait Office. I made a mistake online and was concerned about my reservation. Everything was fixed for me when I got to the office. The employees were patient and kind. They made sure I understood everything and didn't rush me. They also assisted me with meals and baggage information. The wait time was brief, and the office was tidy and welcoming. I'm quite pleased with the assistance I got. I had never flown with Thai Airways before, but I will definitely do it again. Many thanks to the crew from Kuwait!
