My time at the Virgin Atlantic Santiago Office was excellent. The staff was quite friendly and well-versed on the airline's offerings. My plans changed, therefore they assisted me in rescheduling my flight. They went over each step, and it only took a few minutes. They took their time talking and made sure I understood everything, which I appreciated. The office has a pleasant waiting space and was tidy and quiet. On the map, it was also simple to locate. Anyone who travels with Virgin Atlantic and requires in-person assistance should visit this location, in my opinion.
