The procedure was fast and minimal time spent waiting in their office which was clean as well. They made sure that everything was ready and perfect to have a worry-free holiday. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience with efficient customer service and assistance. No doubt, I would like to use Frontier Airlines again in the future!
