Hey, In my experience, the restrooms at the Aegean Airlines DOH Terminal were among the cleanest and best-kept in any airport. Although that might not seem like much, hygiene has a significant impact on long-distance travel. The cleanliness was maintained by the janitorial personnel, who made rounds continuously. I also liked that the terminal had many of seats that weren't too close together or noisy. Local Qatari accents provided the design a distinctive feel, and the lighting was gentle and easy on the eyes. Retail-wise, there were enough stores to pick up some quick trinkets and necessities for the trip. As an added benefit, the coffee shop at my gate had good espresso. Also, unlike many terminals, the air conditioning was precisely adjusted and not too cold.
