Hello! I recently flew Aeromexico Airlines LAX Terminal and I must say—it was a genuinely smooth and enjoyable airport experience. Check-in was speedy and adequately staffed. The Aeromexico crew at the counter were friendly and patient, and this was a big relief because I had some last-minute questions regarding bags. They didn't rush me and even managed to secure a better seat for me. After I made it through check-in, security wasn't too bad either. The people were efficient and courteous, which isn't always the situation at large airports like. Within the terminal, the atmosphere was relaxed and well-structured. I managed to find a comfortable place by the windows where I could sit back, charge my phone, and get a good coffee while waiting for boarding. Boarding was straightforward and simple. The gate agents communicated well in advance and were systematized by the boarding groups.
