Hello! My recent Aeromexico Dallas DFW Terminal me with a good impression. As soon as I arrived, everything was quite easy-going—excellent signage, neat terminal, and an extremely helpful check-in staff. I did have a bit of a problem with my carry-on size, but the Aeromexico staff member assisted me kindly without leaving me stressed or in a hurry. The airport itself has plenty of dining facilities and clean toilets, which is always a good thing when waiting for an overseas flight. Once at the gate, everything proceeded without a hitch, and the announcements were good and on schedule. I also liked that they began boarding punctually and were organized throughout. It really did not feel like the typical pre-flight disarray. The staff created a calm atmosphere, and that really helped set the tone for the flight ahead. I’ve flown out of many times, but Aeromexico made this one of the easiest departures yet. Highly recommend!
