    I received first-rate service from the Brussels Airlines Rome Office. They provided me with prompt, calm assistance despite my anxiety about missing my flight. After checking everything, they gave me instructions. The personnel was courteous and professional. The office's organization pleased me. I felt more at ease as a result. Having kind airline employees is crucial, in my opinion, particularly when you're flying far from home. I was quite impressed with this office. I'll recommend Brussels Airlines to my friends as well.
