I had a great day visiting the Southwest Airlines New York Office with my sister to see how our flight was progressing. The staff was nice and took their time answering all of our questions. It was well-kept, and we could easily find our way around thanks to the obvious signs. While we waited, they even gave us water. Such excellent service is hard to come by these days. Southwest deserves a huge thank you for making travel planning so simple!
