Hello. I wish I had a more positive experience to share. Frontier Airlines ATL Terminal was infuriating from the beginning. Long lines for check-in, undermanned counters, and confusing signs made the experience stressful. I arrived two hours in advance and still nearly missed my flight. The terminal section was congested, and announcements were difficult to hear. I get that Frontier is a low-cost carrier, but this was on the verge of being chaotic. If you’re traveling with kids or have tight connections, I’d be cautious. Hopefully, they improve staffing and organization soon. Until then, I’ll probably avoid Frontier out of Atlanta.
