Hello! Leaving out of the JetBlue San Francisco Terminal was a truly wonderful experience for our family. We had an early morning departure, and even at 6 a.m., the employees were friendly and attentive. The kiosks for checking in were simple to operate, and a JetBlue representative quickly stepped in when we had a question. What was really impressive was how roomy and clean the terminal was. There were many dining options open early, and the coffee was quite good too! The gate area had sufficient charging outlets and seating so we didn't feel squished in. JetBlue's boarding experience was easy and straightforward, and they accommodated families, allowing them to board early. It all added up to a peaceful, upbeat beginning to our journey—no tension, just good energy.
