Hi, I am Dock. To inquire about our next trip, we went to the Southwest Airlines Bangkok Office. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They took their time answering all of our inquiries. The office had a peaceful ambiance and was easy to locate. The staff even offered my children little memorials while they were with me. It was a pleasant encounter. If I ever needed assistance with flights again, I would very certainly return.
