Hello! My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Southwest Airlines IAH Terminal right from the time we got there, everything was organized. The check-in was efficient, and the people were friendly and courteous. Security was a breeze, which was a great relief as we were traveling with children. Within the terminal, we had ample seating and charging points, so our wait was comfortable. The choice of foods available was an added bonus—grabbed some great snacks beforehand before getting on the plane.
