Hello. I had a wonderful experience at the Turkish Airlines BKK Terminal. I was heading to Turkish Airlines and completely certain where to go first, but the directions and friendly ground staff made the whole thing simple. Check-in was simple, luggage was handled with care, and I felt truly welcome throughout. The airport terminal boasted a lot of great dining options and comfortable waiting areas, so the layover was really not so bad. I also got a complimentary upgrade to the gate seat—nice touch! Everything had a slick, laid-back feel to it, just as you would want to have when traveling abroad. Huge thumbs up for Turkish AirlinesTerminal staff!
