Hello! I had a truly wonderful time navigating the Turkish Airlines OSL Terminal. The signs were easy to read, and even though this was my first time traveling at this airport, I was able to find everything without any problem. The Turkish Airlines check-in staff were courteous and professional. I had a minor problem with my luggage, and they took care of it graciously and promptly. The lounge was also a plus—relaxed, tidy, and the ideal place to unwind prior to boarding. In all honesty, this airport experience was greater than I could have anticipated. Turkish Airlines definitely does a good job of treating you well right from the get-go.
