Hello! It was a wonderful experience flying with United Airlines BOS Terminal. Check-in was convenient and easy, and I was impressed by how quick the personnel were. I didn't have to wait much, and they were very responsive when I needed help with baggage. Once through security, I was surprised to see how clean and quiet the terminal was. There are plenty of seats available, and I never felt packed in. Charging points are plentiful, and Wi-Fi was no problem at all, which made waiting easy. In terms of grub, there's a good range of restaurants and fast food, although I would've preferred healthier alternatives. Nevertheless, I did find a spot that offered a fantastic sandwich, and it filled me up before my flight. United's terminal lacks the upscale ambiance of other airports, but it all works perfectly as it should. It's clean, efficient, and comfortable, and that's all you really need.
