It was a very comfortable experience traveling with my family at the United Airlines VIE Terminal. We were returning to the U.S., and as soon as we were inside Terminal 3, everything was well planned. The United Airlines check-in desks had a dedicated area for families, so the process was less stressful. Security personnel were helpful and patient, particularly since we had a stroller and a few bags. Following security, we discovered adequate kid-friendly food and waiting areas where our kids could walk about before boarding. The announcements were timely and crisp, and as such, we never had any sense of rushing. Boarding was professionally taken care of, and ground personnel ensured early boarding for families that had young children. The Vienna International Airport United Airlines terminal on the whole, therefore, treated traveling families with a pleasant, smooth experience. I would most certainly go this way again for future children's outings.
