Descripción: Hello! I was in the Qatar Airways Baku Office last week and had an alright experience. The employees were friendly, but the line was a bit slow, even with not many people waiting. I came in to rebook a flight, and it got taken care of, but I had to return the next day to sign some papers. Not terrible all around, but could be a bit more streamlined. The office is conveniently located however, which is a plus. I'll continue to fly with Qatar, but I hope they get their response time sorted out at the office in the future.

The people at the counter were friendly and quick, which was a welcome relief. The lounge was not large, but very comfortable with decent food and beverages. Boarding was smooth, and the flight crew was top-notch—friendly and professional. My seat had ample legroom, and I adored the Turkish delight we were offered in-flight! It's those kind of little details that count. Turkish Airlines definitely did a superb job across the board.

Descripción: Hello! I enjoyed my visit to the Qatar Airways Jakarta Office. The staff members were prompt and very courteous, answering my questions in a timely manner. They provided clear information regarding my flight and in-flight services. The office was not hard to find, and the surroundings were peaceful and professional. I especially valued their time in assisting me with a last-minute change to my flight. The staff ensured I departed with all the documents and proper instructions. All in all, a very smooth and nice experience – I'll certainly be back if necessary!
