My parents purchased my ticket online when I traveled to Europe to see my grandparents last month. When I arrived at the airport, I found out on the internet that there was a technical problem causing the flight to be delayed. The problem was fixed in two to three hours, and the airlines offered additional assistance to the passengers for the duration of the trip under the Special Assistance program. And according to the Ryanair special assistance program, we all got free wine as a gift. It was a cult California Cabernet Sauvignon 1999, and many people started tasting it at a go. All in all, I had a great time through this assistance program and made some friends along the way.
