    I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Scoot Airlines Haikou Office. Since I had to change my flight, I was first a little anxious, but the personnel was incredibly polite and helpful. They made sure I understood by going over everything in detail. They were respectful and took their time with me, which I truly appreciated. The actual office was bright and spotless. I immediately felt at ease with it. Anyone flying with Scoot in Haikou should stop by this office, in my opinion. You'll be well taken care of!
