    My visit to the Swiss Air London Office was excellent. Concerning my return ticket, I was unsure of whom to ask. The office staff was really kind and provided me with all the information I required. They didn't rush me and spoke clearly. I was at ease asking questions. It was an excellent place to discuss my travel plans because it was peaceful and tidy. I would go again and am grateful for their assistance. When employees are helpful and courteous, it's always better. Swiss Air, thank you!
