Recently, two of my friends and I went to the Brussels Airlines Berlin Office in Germany. Regarding our group reservation and how to seat together, we had a few questions. The woman behind the desk was really kind and took the time to go over our options with us. She also assisted us in selecting seats with more space for our legs. The office was really well-organized, quiet, and tidy. In less than 30 minutes, we were finished. It was one of the best experiences I've had with an airline office.
